National Parks alone cover approximately 63,632 square Kilometers which translates to 8.5% of the country's area.
Zambia is rich in cultural heritage with 73 tribes with diverse cultural traditions which include a variety of annual traditional ceremonies and six museums which are repositories of rich cultural, traditional and historic artefacts. The country also has over 7000 natural and cultural heritage sites which include archaeological, historical, geo-morphological, geological and anthropological sites.
There’s no better way to truly experience Zambia than traversing its vast landscapes at your own pace, with your own itinerary. You have an unlimited option of organised tours, and self-drive safaris, but you can also use Zambia’s vast network of public transport to get around.
